Healthy Families Home Visiting Family Support Specialist

Build trusting relationships with families to provide support in establishing positive home environments and promoting strong parent-Child attachments. Conduct home visits, perform screenings and assessments, and implement the growing great kids curriculum to reduce family stress.

Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and experience providing services to children and families. Preferred qualifications include infant mental health endorsement and bilingual proficiency in english and spanish.
