Healthy Families Home Visiting Family Support Specialist

The family support specialist builds trusting relationships with families through home visits to promote healthy child development and strong parent-Child attachments. They implement research-Based curricula, conduct developmental screenings, and guide families in achieving identified goals.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children and families. The role requires the ability to maintain professional boundaries and work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
