Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to implement therapeutic strategies. Regularly evaluate and document progress, modifying treatment plans to meet children's needs. Educate and support family members and caregivers in techniques to improve the child's communication skills. Manage scheduling and caseload based on personal availability and capacity.

Qualifications

Valid NYS license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology or early intervention preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse families and team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
