This Associate Professor, Physician Assistant Program (PA) is responsible for providing high-quality didactic instruction to students enrolled in the Physician Assistant program.
This position requires a strong background in healthcare, clinical expertise, teaching experience, and the ability to effectively deliver didactic content to promote student learning and success.
The faculty member will play a crucial role in shaping the knowledge and skills of future Physician Assistants, fostering critical thinking, and ensuring compliance with college standards and ARC-PA accreditation standards.
The faculty member will also advise students, participate in accreditation processes, engage in professional scholarship, and participate in program, school, and college-wide service.
They will teach courses and advise students across three semesters: Fall/Winter (considered one semester), Spring, and Summer.
During the first year of employment, the faculty member will receive four course releases per semester to assist in program development ahead of the program launch.

In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the compensation for this faculty position is established through the College’s contractual salary structure. Pay rates are set for each faculty rank and appointment type. This position carries a fixed annual salary of $98,602.12 for a 12-month appointment.
