In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $2,000–$2,500 per season. This range reflects base pay only and does not include other potential compensation or benefits.
Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience in coaching or athletics. The role requires the ability to teach safe techniques to various skill levels and a commitment to community involvement.
