Youth Development Counselor (Per Diem)

Establish a therapeutic environment to provide guidance and modeling for pregnant, parenting, runaway, and homeless youth. Focus on teaching social, independent living, and parenting skills while collaborating with community resources and families.

Requires a high school diploma, ged, or an associate/Bachelor's degree with demonstrated knowledge of adolescent and child development. Candidates must have experience in group and family work and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
