Overview HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for an outpatient Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Temecula, CA.
Schedule
- NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED! Full-Time - Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm Part-Time -
- Monday-Friday (at least 3 consistent days/week)

Responsibilities
Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results. Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
Documentation
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaboration
Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Qualifications
Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Current and active licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, required. (CCC-SLP) Current BLS Certification (AHA) 1-5 years of experience with young children and families, required. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed Ability to engage in active play and therapeutic activities Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced school environment.
