The Learning Experience – Oak Creek is seeking an experienced and caring Lead Toddler Teacher to guide our 2-year-old classroom. This role is ideal for an early childhood educator who enjoys supporting young toddlers as they build independence, language skills, and social-emotional development in a structured, play-based environment.

What You’ll Do: Lead a 2-year-old classroom in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum

Support early language development, motor skills, and social-emotional growth

Maintain consistent routines including meals, diapering or toileting, transitions, and rest time

Observe and document developmental progress

Communicate regularly with families regarding daily routines and milestones

Guide and support assistant teachers to maintain classroom consistency

Maintain compliance with Wisconsin childcare licensing and school standards
