The Learning Experience – Oak Creek is hiring a Lead Toddler Teacher to guide our Toddler classroom. This position focuses on helping young learners strengthen communication skills, build independence, and transition confidently toward preschool readiness through structured routines and engaging activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a toddler classroom with consistency, warmth, and clear structure Implement developmentally appropriate activities using the L.E.A.P. curriculum Support early language growth, movement skills, and social development Guide children through toileting routines, transitions, meals, and rest time Create an organized, welcoming classroom environment Track developmental progress and share updates with families Collaborate with assistant teachers to maintain strong classroom teamwork Follow Wisconsin licensing and safety standards at all times

Qualifications
