The Learning Experience – Beltline is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to lead and support a classroom of preschool-aged children in a structured, engaging early learning environment. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys guiding children through early academics, social development, and school-readiness skills.

Our preschool program focuses on hands-on learning, positive guidance, and consistent routines that help children build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Your Role: Lead daily preschool classroom activities in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment

Implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum

Support early literacy, math foundations, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth

Maintain structured classroom routines, transitions, and learning centers

Observe and support children’s developmental progress

Communicate regularly with families about classroom activities and milestones

Collaborate with teaching teams and leadership to meet licensing and school standards

Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow health and safety guidelines
