The Learning Experience – Beltline is seeking a dependable Assistant Teacher / Floater to support multiple classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children. This role helps maintain a safe, engaging learning environment while providing flexible classroom coverage throughout the day.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a variety of age groups and supporting teachers across different classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide classroom support across infant, toddler, and preschool programs Assist teachers with daily routines including meals, activities, and transitions Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Support supervision during playground time and group activities Prepare materials for classroom lessons and learning centers Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and coverage Communicate professionally with families and team members Follow all state licensing and health and safety requirements

Qualifications
