The Learning Experience – Beltline is seeking a caring and dependable Toddler Teacher to support a classroom serving young toddlers. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys guiding children through early independence, language development, and social growth in a structured, play-based learning environment.

Our toddler program emphasizes consistent routines, positive guidance, and hands-on exploration to help children feel secure, confident, and engaged throughout the day.

Your Role: Support daily toddler classroom activities in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment

Implement age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum

Encourage early language, motor skills, and social-emotional development through play

Maintain consistent routines including meals, diapering or toileting, transitions, and rest time

Observe children’s progress and share updates with the teaching team

Communicate regularly with families about daily routines and activities

Collaborate with leadership and teaching teams to meet licensing and school standards

Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow health and safety guidelines
