Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes Follow behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Collect and document session data accurately Support communication, social, and daily living skill development Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure consistency and progress Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers Participate in ongoing training and supervision
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma required Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred Reliable transportation required (rideshare services not accepted) Passion for working with children and making a positive impact Professional, patient, dependable, and compassionate
Work Location
In-person | Client homes in the Reisterstown area Applicants must be able to commute or relocate prior to starting employment.
