Job description

Summary

We are currently seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in a traveling role. This position offers a dynamic work environment and requires a flexible, adaptable approach to meet the evolving needs of students and schools. As a traveling SLP, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping students reach their full potential.

You will provide services at the following school locations

Paramount Charter Academy - Kalamazoo, MI

Taylor Preparatory High School - Taylor, MI

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language services to students in our charter school network.
  • Collaborate with special education teachers to coordinate daily schedules, assessments, and annual IEP meetings.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and deliver services aligned with each student's IEP.
  • Support students through specially designed instruction tailored to their unique needs, including resource room, inclusion and/or pullout services.

Qualifications

  • For MI ONLY
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communicative Sciences and Disorders, and
  • Limited Speech Language Pathology License issued by the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA); or
  • Speech Language Pathology license issued by the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).
