Position Summary
Assist teacher in providing appropriate program for all children and maintain positive relationships with children and parents. Key Responsibilities: Assists the teacher in providing a developmentally appropriate program for all of the children. Assists in creating an environment that supports children's growth and development. Develops and maintains a positive relationship with all of the children and their families. Effectively guides children's behavior in an age appropriate and positive manner. Constructively participates in staff meetings and meetings with supervisor. Meets the physical, social, cognitive, emotional and cultural needs of individual children. Attends 15 hours of training every year. Communicates appropriately with families regarding childrens daily activities both verbally and written as needed. Ensures the safety of the children and promotes good health habits.
Minimum Qualifications

PAY RANGE: $16.00 - $17.70 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14626 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
