Provide in-person occupational therapy services, evaluations, and IEP support to special education students. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, consulting with teachers, and maintaining detailed case documentation.

Provide occupational therapy services to students on the special education caseload. Conduct OT evaluations and interpret results for IEP/MET teams. Maintain service logs, progress reports, daily performance data, and case documentation. Sign in and out at the school front office and document services in NASIS as required. Provide own equipment, supplies, materials, and technology needed to perform services.
