Market context

Arizona OT roles stay consistently in demand

Occupational Therapist roles in Arizona are typically supported by steady demand across schools, outpatient settings, and healthcare facilities. Competition can be strong because employers often look for a master’s degree, an active Arizona license, and an IVP Fingerprint card; benefits such as health, dental, vision, PTO, and holiday pay can also make openings more selective. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform against the original posting so you can confirm licensure and fingerprinting details before applying.
