Effectively integrate biblical truths throughout academic teachings Guide the learning process toward the achievement of established curriculum goals Employ a variety of instructional and technological techniques and strategies to meet different aptitudes and interests of students Prepare appropriately for classes and show written evidence of preparation, including lesson plans Create a classroom environment conducive to learning; includes appropriate code of conduct policy Monitor and assess academic progress; communicate with parents and administrators regarding the progress and potential of students Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date records including grades Knowledge of and desire to use relevant and emerging technologies in the classroom Coordinate and supervise class field trips All other duties as assigned Commits and fully support the missional and organizational standards including our Core Values, Mission Statement and Doctrinal Statement *Alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent / Principal may find appropriate and acceptable or other background demonstrating application of the qualifications and skills.
