Key Responsibilities

  • Instruction & Curriculum Development
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning
  • Develop lesson plans and schemes of work aligned with curriculum standards
  • Establish and clearly communicate learning objectives for all activities
  • Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet diverse student needs
  • Integrate relevant technology to enhance teaching and learning
  • Classroom Environment & Management
  • Prepare and maintain an organized, engaging classroom environment
  • Manage student behavior by establishing clear expectations, rules, and procedures
  • Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies
  • Apply appropriate and consistent disciplinary measures when necessary
  • Student Assessment & Progress
  • Observe, assess, and evaluate student performance and development
  • Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests, and projects
