Job summary
EDU-AIDs is seeking a full time dedicated and compassionate Life Skills Special Education Teacher to join our middle school team for school year 2026-2027. The ideal candidate will support students with disabilities in developing life skills that will enable them to function as independently as possible within their school, home, and community settings. The teacher will collaborate with other educators, staff, and families to create an inclusive and supportive environment that promotes academic, social, and personal growth.

Requirements: Life Skills Special Education Teacher
Indiana SPED Teaching License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Successful experience with balanced literacy, differentiated and data driven instruction Solid instructional technology experience Effective classroom management PREFERRED: Life Skills Special Education Teacher
Previous experience in Special Education instruction Teaching and learning in a 1:1 Technology Environment
