Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. State certification or licensure as a teacher. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a classroom setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and a commitment to student success. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies. Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
