The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences for infants and toddlers. They must maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment while documenting children's growth and building partnerships with families.
A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have experience working with infants and toddlers and a strong understanding of responsive caregiving practices.

The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants and toddlers. The ideal candidate will support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through responsive caregiving and intentional learning experiences.
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences for infants and toddlers.
Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and responsive classroom environment.
Observe, assess, and document children's growth and developmental milestones.
Build positive partnerships with families through regular communication and collaboration.
Support each child's individual needs and learning journey.
Maintain classroom organization and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to provide high-quality early childhood education.
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred.
Strong understanding of child development and responsive caregiving practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
