  • What You'll Do Provide individualized instruction tailored to each student's academic, behavioral, and developmental needs Create engaging lesson plans and interactive classroom activities that support student learning and growth Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment Observe and assess student progress, behavior, and social-emotional development Collaborate with families, support staff, therapists, and fellow educators to support student success Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide ongoing feedback Support students with functional, behavioral, and community-based learning skills Participate in professional development opportunities, trainings, seminars, and team collaboration meetings What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution Valid California Education Specialist Credential: Mild/Moderate Support Needs (with Autism Authorization), or Moderate/Severe / Extensive Support Needs Intern, Preliminary, or Clear Credential required Preferred Experience Experience working in special education settings Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and functional curriculum development Strong classroom management, organization and communication skills A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse and intensive learning needs Why Join Our Team?
