  • Core responsibilities include: Experience with identifying and recruiting potential student-athletes.
  • Assist with skill instruction, motivation, and the ability to conduct practice sessions under the direction of the head coach, including planning and implementation.
  • Utilizing Fast Model and Synergy Sports for opponent scouting, film analysis/breakdown, and game preparation.
  • Implementing and executing player development plans Responsibilities will include home event management and teaching in the physical education program.
  • Mentor and support student-athletes in their academic progress, leadership development, and overall well-being.
  • Support the women’s basketball strength and conditioning program.
  • Coordinating logistics and itineraries for team travel.
  • Ability to work outside the normal business hours, holidays, and weekends.
