- Access Community Care (ACC) is hiring compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)/Personal Support Workers (PSWs) supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in the Beaverton, Tigard, and Hillsboro areas.

- Schedule & Work Environment Full-time and part-time positions available Day, evening, and weekend shifts may be available Community-based/mobile work environment throughout the west side Portland metro area Consistent hours based on participant needs
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Willingness to transport participants in your personal vehicle High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and documentation skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude No Experience Required Many successful DSPs come from backgrounds in: Caregiving Retail or customer service Education Behavioral health CNA or healthcare support Hospitality or human services If you have a heart for helping others, we can teach you the rest.
