• Duties: Come join our dynamic outpatient therapy, community fitness and sports medicine family! **SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE*
• This position is located in Little Rock and will be integral in treating a general PT population to include orthopaedic and spine conditions. We value mentorships, continuing education, and a healthy caseload to provide individualized care as appropriate. The outpatient physical therapist provides an individualized evaluation, during which the client, family/caregiver, and physical therapist determine the patient's goals, customize interventions to optimize the person's ability to perform functional activities, and continuously assess progress towards goals to ensure goals are being met and/or to modify the intervention plan based on the patient's needs and skills. Functional outcomes data is completed through collection of best practice data via patient questionnaires, performance measures, and documented treatment interventions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2002 OR Master’s degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2016 OR Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Current Arkansas Physical Therapy License or eligible to obtain license within 1 month of date of hire Intermediate computer skills Candidate must pass state abuse registry checks, drug screen, submit to a TB skin test and required immunizations or provide proof of immunizations.

Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy OCS, CSCS, DN Certified

Additional Information

Responsibilities: Assists licensed therapists with patient care procedures by preparing patient/supplies/equipment, assisting during treatment, and completing post-procedure clean up. Assists patients in carrying out exercises that have been written out by Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Strength and Conditioning coaches, and/or Chiropractors. Ensures appropriate levels of supplies are present in order to carry out daily therapy operations. Checks in patients as they arrive at the facility and schedules follow-up visits as patients leave. Monitors department equipment to ensure proper working order. Performs daily/weekly cleaning of clinical areas. Answers phones, gathers new patient paperwork, and takes copays. Performs other duties as assigned.
