Responsibilities
BCBA Responsibilities Conduct behavioral and functional assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, and other assessment tools) Develop individualized, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive treatment goals Design behavior intervention and behavior support plans based on assessment data Implement and oversee data collection systems to support data-driven decision making Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Complete RBT competency assessments per organizational policy timelines Provide parent training and ongoing consultation Complete reassessments and clinical reports in accordance with insurance guidelines Participate in regular clinical meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration Provide a minimum of 28 hours per week of direct patient care Deliver services via telehealth when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing Maintain current CAQH profile and NPI Complete required internal training, including telehealth training Adhere strictly to BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code Remain current on ABA research and evidence-based practices Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
BCBA Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensure Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum Experience supervising RBTs preferred
