Job description

  • We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.
  • This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.
  • To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus!

Must be 18 or older Ability to pass a background check Must be available to work M-F 4p to 8p Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Ready to join a mission-driven, supportive team?
