Job description

  • We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes. To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus! Here’s What Makes These Roles Different: Direct BCBA mentorship and support Thoughtful caseloads built by clinicians Flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options to fit your life Career growth opportunity with paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA Empowering work with guaranteed autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve What You’ll Be Doing: Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans Track progress and communicate with families Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support What We’re Looking For:
  • Active RBT Certification Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!) Must be 18 or older Ability to pass a background check Must be available to work M-F 10a to 3p Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Pay Scale: $20-$28
