  • Position Available At: 4320 Fairview Drive Wilmington, NC 28412 Currently hiring for full time childcare teachers and teacher assistants Twos Asst.
  • Teacher Lead PreK Teacher Hourly Pay Range: $15-19 per hour Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience.
  • Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.
  • Teacher Responsibilities: Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Create an engaging classroom where children can learn, play and grow.
  • Support children’s social and emotional development.
  • Foster learning through STEAM learning and the Creative Curriculum.
  • Use our app to communicate and build relationships with families.
  • Passion for working with young children.
  • At least 18-years-old.
  • At least 6 months experience as a teacher in a licensed daycare or preschool required for lead teachers.
  • EDU119/NCECC cert. or degree in early childhood education or related field required.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
