Market context
Childcare demand remains steady in North Carolina
Daycare teachers are commonly needed across North Carolina as families look for reliable early childhood care, and licensed centers often screen for experience, credentials, and readiness to meet state and safety requirements. This role can be competitive because employers may prefer candidates with childcare experience, EDU119 credentials for lead teachers, and the ability to pass background and health checks. Before applying, confirm your experience and credential details match the posting; the requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original job description to save research time.
