The Learning Tree in Wilmington, NC is looking for a nurturing and dependable Full-Time Infant Floater to join our passionate childcare team! In this role, you'll provide loving, attentive care to our youngest learners while supporting multiple infant classrooms. Float between infant classrooms to provide coverage and support as needed Provide responsive, nurturing care to infants including feeding, diapering, and soothing Follow individualized care plans and daily schedules for each infant Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment Support children with age-appropriate developmental activities and sensory play Communicate daily updates and milestones with parents and guardians through our parent app Adhere to all licensing regulations, health, and safety standards
