Coordinate day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks associated with the efficient operation of the Dean’s Office and the College of Osteopathic Medicine, which includes arranging calendars, booking conference and travel arrangements, assisting with procurement, and other administrative functions. Support the Dean, Associate Deans, Administrative Staff, and Faculty with their responsibilities within the College of Osteopathic Medicine, the University, as well as external to the University when needed. Assist with event management for the College of Osteopathic Medicine, including logistics coordination and marketing/communications. Support initiatives and projects within the Dean’s Office and the College of Osteopathic Medicine as required.
