  • We are looking for dedicated Behavioral Health Specialists to provide individualized support services to youth and families in the foster care system who are enrolled in our Children’s Waiver Services program. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working independently and flexibly in the community. We have part-time positions available in the New Windsor, Newburgh, Cornwall, Monroe and Pine Bush areas.

  • You’ll Do: Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may provide one or more of the following services:

  • Advocacy: Help families access resources, strengthen parenting skills, and promote shared caregiving.

  • Rehabilitation: Support youth in developing coping, communication, and daily living skills.

  • Services: Provide caregivers with essential breaks while engaging youth in meaningful activities.

  • Supportive

  • Services: Help teens 14+ prepare for and maintain employment.
  • Community
  • Advocacy &
  • Training: Collaborate with schools and educate families on special education rights.

  • Planning: Develop proactive safety plans to reduce hospitalizations and out-of-home placements.

  • Services: Support children with developmental disabilities in developing life and social skills. Salary based on which service you provide and range from $25.00/hr to $35.00/hr.
