PGY2 Resident Job Summary
PGY2 residents are privileged to perform the fundamental clinical treatments/procedures learned during their PGY1 and must successfully complete a minimum of 2 focused observations under the supervision of an attending physiatrist prior to being permitted to provide on call coverage for adult rehabilitation inpatients. Based on completion of a program of physiatric education and Clinical Performance Examinations, the following procedures or treatments may be performed by the above-named member of the house staff under one of the following levels of supervisory conditions: General medical history & physical Physiatric History & Physical Chart recording of diagnoses, progress notes & general medical orders Neurological Assessment Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Assessment Prescription of Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy
Salary Range
Starting from USD $81,881.00/Yr.
