The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans while ensuring the safety and well-being of children. They collaborate with families and leadership to maintain a welcoming learning environment aligned with NAEYC standards.
Candidates must possess an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, a CDA credential, or Career Pathway Level 3. Preference is given to those with over 2 years of experience in a licensed child care setting.
