What You’ll Do Support students in the classroom and during daily activities Help implement IEPs and behavior plans Assist with academic tasks and engagement Support students during transitions throughout the day Collect basic academic and behavior data Help students build daily living and social skills Support vocational and community-based learning activities Work collaboratively with teachers and the classroom team Training & Support We provide CPR certification We provide Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training Ongoing support and guidance from supervisors and teachers What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years old Experience working with individuals with autism preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills
