Job Description
HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric clinic in Pinehurst, North Carolina. This role supports children through ABA therapy in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on growth and positive outcomes. Whether you’re an experienced RBT or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that values mentorship, teamwork, and high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, childdevelopment, or education. Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high schoolnational equivalent and have reliable transportation.
