Overview

Assists the organization and individuals to improve performance by designing training and learning solutions. The role requires a continuous improvement mindset with knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Design e-learning modules to meet regulatory requirements, promote personal development and upskill employees. Remain updated on latest trends and technologies in learning & development Assist employees with onboarding/annual training. Retrieve journal articles through digital collections. Assist department with gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information to help identify educational needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Education, Healthcare or related field (Master's Degree preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in training/education and instructional design.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems.
  • Proficiency in designing curriculum and training materials.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles.
