Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and activities. Help with meal preparation and ensure proper hygiene practices. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education degree preferred. Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with young children and supporting their development. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Background check clearance required. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for child care.
