- This position is responsible for: Under the general supervision of the Corps Officer, the After School Program Coordinator assists in running the afterschool program ensures well-being of children in the program; orders snacks and supplies; keeps statistical records up to date; collects and tracks fees; prepares reports for reports for Corps Officers/Program Director and parents; prepares programs and materials; provides transportation; helps ensure program areas are clean.

- Responsibilities: Assists in enrolling after-school program applicants and processes required forms. Ensures children in after-school program are supervised at all times. Assists with collecting and receipting weekly fees, including handling delinquent accounts,, alerting parents to outstanding balances at the end of each week, keeping accurate records on money received, and working out payment plans with Corps Officer approval.

- Conditions: Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Ability to occasionally lift light objects weighing less than 24 pounds. Duties are usually performed standing, or intermittently sitting, walking, or stooping. Work may be performed in a classroom situation, office environment, or kitchen, where noise is present. Some work is performed outdoors and occasionally in cold or inclement weather.
