  • Our programs are structured like clubs wherein the model offers youth choice in how they spend their time; provides rigorous instruction in sports, arts and youth leadership.

Position

Group Leader (Gr K–8) We're looking for a Group Leader to support grades K–8 students in both academics and enrichment activities. This in-person, seasonal position runs from July 1 - August 14th and offers hands-on experience in education and youth development, with the potential for continued employment.

  • 📝 Key Responsibilities Supervise students and ensure a safe, positive environment.
  • Support instruction in ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
  • Assist with physical education, visual arts, and performing arts.
  • Promote collaboration through group activities and research projects.
  • Escort students between activities in a timely, orderly manner.
  • Support certified staff with lesson planning and classroom prep.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and incidents.
  • Attend required trainings, meetings, and program evaluations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Program Director(s).
