The Assistant JV Volleyball Coach will play an integral role in supporting the JV program while working alongside a strong coaching staff to mentor and guide student-athletes competing in one of the most competitive leagues in the DC metro area. The season runs from August 24 to November 5. A background check is required. Qualifications Previous volleyball playing and/or coaching experience preferred. A strong commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the court. High character, leadership skills, and the ability to uphold Holton-Arms School’s values. Responsibilities Support and assist in the development of the volleyball program in alignment with the school’s mission. Foster a positive, growth-minded, and team-oriented culture. Emphasize fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and community-building. Maintain schedule flexibility for after-school practices and games. Salary & Benefits The stipend for this position begins at $3,500 for the season. Benefits are not available for this part-time position.
