Job description

  • Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time in-home ABA therapy opportunity in Laurel, MD 20707. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy services while helping children with autism build communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.   • Paid training and onboarding Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in the client’s home
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record session data accurately
  • Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation Schedule Requirements:
  • Monday: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Prior ABA or child-related experience required
  • Must be comfortable providing services in-home
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong communication and professionalism required
