Job description
- Autism Center of Excellence is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Colonial Heights, VA clinic.

- This is a clinic-based role with predictable daytime hours, strong BCBA support, paid training, and opportunities to build a long-term career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

- That’s okay.
- We provide paid training for motivated candidates with experience working with children.
Schedule
- Monday –
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Clinic-based position
- Compensation:
- BT: $18.00 – $21.00/hr

Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately
- Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
- Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children preferred
- Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus
- Active RBT certification preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation required
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pass required background checks
