- Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time in-home ABA therapy opportunity in Laurel, MD 20707. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy services while helping children with autism build communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills. - Paid training and onboarding Position Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in the client’s home
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
- Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation Schedule Requirements:
- Monday: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Tuesday: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Prior ABA or child-related experience required
- Must be comfortable providing services in-home
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and professionalism required
- Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented
