Make a difference in a child's life! OhioGuidestone’s residential Campus provides out-of-home care for boys and girls with complex trauma, mental health needs, academic struggles, and severe emotional and behavioral concerns, which prevent them from living safely at home. OhioGuidestone staff work with in tandem with placing agencies and caregivers to transition youth back into permanent living situations.
Available Openings
- Youth Care Specialists - Fulltime or Part-time, 2nd shift or 3rd shift or 1st shift weekends
- Nurses (RN or LPN) - Fulltime, 1st shift (7a-7p) or 3rd shift (7p-7a)

What We’re Looking For
Youth Care Specialists should have
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Mental Health, Social Work, Criminal Justice Youth Development or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of adolescent development, crisis intervention, trauma informed care preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience working with high risk/at risk youth, corrections or mental health population required.
Nurses should have
• RN or LPN license
