The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans while ensuring the safety and well-being of children. They must collaborate with families and center leadership to maintain a high-quality learning environment aligned with NAEYC standards.
Candidates must possess an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, a CDA credential, or a Career Pathway Level 3 certification. Preference is given to those with over 2 years of experience in a licensed child care setting.
