Responsibilities
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for three children, with primary daytime focus on the toddler. Coordinate school pickups, activity drop-offs, and daily schedules alongside parents. Drive children safely to and from school, camps, lessons, and activities using the provided nanny vehicle. Engage children in active, age-appropriate play and outdoor activities. Support routines related to meals, naps, transitions, and after-school flow. Assist with child-related household tasks including: Children’s laundry Tidying play areas and bedrooms Organizing backpacks, activity gear, and schedules Support swimming and outdoor play with strong attentiveness to safety. Collaborate closely with parents and maintain open communication regarding schedules and routines. Provide occasional support for evenings or weekends as needed.
Qualifications
Strong prior experience caring for multiple children of varying ages. Calm, patient, and emotionally steady demeanor. Comfortable working in a collaborative, parent-present environment. Excellent judgment and strong communication skills. Highly reliable, punctual, and organized. Confident driver with experience transporting children. Active, hands-on approach to childcare and engagement. Comfortable managing busy schedules and coordinating logistics. CPR certification Confident around pools and water safety; strong swimming ability is a plus.
Requirements
