Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of 3-year-old children. The teacher will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning and age-appropriate activities.

Responsibilities

· Plan and implement daily lessons and activities for 3-year-old children · Create a positive and welcoming classroom environment · Encourage learning through play, music, storytelling, art, and hands-on activities · Support children’s social and emotional growth · Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization · Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress and behavior · Observe and document developmental milestones · Assist children with daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and nap time · Follow all school policies and state childcare regulations

Qualifications

· Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred · Knowledge of early childhood development · Strong communication and classroom management skills · Patient, creative, and dependable personality · CPR and First Aid certification preferred · CDA, Early Childhood Education certification, or related education preferred · Clean background
