Duties and Responsibilities

Provide direct occupational therapy services, including administering assessments, treatment planning, and intervention that are ethical and evidence-based. Provide best practice occupational therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) through assessment and intervention. Develop and facilitate active, natural learning using evidence-based treatment methods. Implement data-driven decision-making and quality assurance measures. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of daily living skills in pediatric clients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and family input. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation including evaluation reports, session notes, and progress summaries. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals (BCBA, ST, PT, ) to support generalization of therapy goals. Participate in regular team meetings, continuing education, and in-service training. Educate and counsel families on strategies that promote independence and home programs to support continued progress.

Work-Life Balance

Manageable productivity expectations (choose a caseload of 25–32 direct hours). No weekends or evenings (operating hours Mon–Fri, 8:00–5:00, with optional 4pm end times) Weekly flex time available.

Strong Administrative Support

Requirements
